In this delivery model, HIPL provides a dedicated resource for hire who works directly with the client. The Project Lead handles the project and maintains the time sheets for each team member. The approved Time sheets are sent to Client for approval.

The complete project management is the responsibility of the client. HIPL is responsible for resource and infrastructure support. If required HIPL also provides a dedicated Project manager that works in accordance with the client in order to supervise and manage the project.

This type of model is ideal for projects in which the scope is ambiguous and keeps on changing. The client involvement in required completely for Effective Monitoring.

HIPL's resources are deployed at the client's office. This model allows effective communication.

This Delivery model is viable only if fluidity is required in a project, if there is need for a specific resource type or if post-deployment support is imperative.
