Murali Mohan Mantravadi , Jt. Managing Director

Murali Mohan Mantravadi, one of the Promoter-Directors of HIPL, heads the technical operations as well as marketing functions in the company. Along with specialized technical skills, Murali also possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills. He specializes in ERP, application development and consultancy in Technical Architecture & Solutions Architecture. Additionally, he has expertise in Security Architecture resources within the ambit of the Oracle Advanced Technology Solutions group.

Alka Goel , Jt. Managing Director

Alka Goel, Promoter-Director of HIPL, serves as Director (Planning & HR) in the company, where she is responsible for managing the strategic planning process and developing a long-term business model that is geared to continuous improvement, innovation, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth.

Sqn. Ldr. K.K. Gupta , Director - Finance & Administration

Sqn. Ldr. Gupta is an experienced administrator and takes care of functional finance at HIPL. He is also responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, legal matters and investor relations for the company. He has more than 40 years experience in administration and finance gained through his tenure in the Indian Air Force and later with DLF Universal.

Sandeep Gosain , CIO

Sandeep has 17 years of industry experience in the field of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) ,Security and implementation of ERP like SAP and Oracle . An influential CIO among his peers is known for his technical know-how and IT implementation projects across different industries. In past he was part of Business Today top 20 CIO list and author of many articles on solutions implementation In Life Sciences

Anju Sharma , VP Business Development

Anju heads our Business Development Unit. She is an ex-banker with a vintage of 18 years of work experience, of which 16 were spent in various roles at HSBC and ABM AMRO Bank. She has been in a business development role for the past 7 years. Her strong interpersonal and people management skills are just the right mix with understanding a customers psyche to be able to offer the correct business solution suited to a business's requirement.
