Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

EDI Tool is a Bolt on tool for Oracle EBS system to facilitate the organizational users to get the orders processed from worldwide standard X12 format flat files.

The EDI Tools works on Batch and Single file processing. The batch processing is done at backend as an scheduled job which picks the file from the server location and process the file content in meaningful EBS order data. Once the processing is done the files data is imported oracle EBS system in OM (Order Management).

The Tool single file processing is provided through a User interface where authorize users can login and select the file from specific location on desktop/mapped drive over the intranet and internet.

The EDI tool runs on the X12 format rule to read and extract the order data from file and apply the business rule to it for the further processing of file data before import into EBS as per the organizational needs.

Quote Management System (QMS)

This is solution made for a Client as Bolt on Tool for Oracle Apps (E-Business Suite) to fulfill their needs as per the business logic for creating orders from a quote they provide to their customer. As mentioned before this is again a solution tightly integrated with Oracle APPS. The users for this solution are Sales, AR and Purchase department to perform their day to day activities.

Major Feature for this product are:

• Quote creation outside EBS.
  
• Real time creation of Customers into EBS after creation of prospective customers to reduce unwanted data creation in EBS.
  
• Item creation for the organization after finalization of items to Oracle EBS.

Content DB (CDBi)

This is solution made for a Client to facilitate the bulk upload of files through the frontend without using content db interface. The solution allows user to upload files from local drive to content db selected folder with validation and checks of data to be in same format. The system uses index file on local server to identify files to upload. The authentication of user is from OID and roles given to users.

Electronic Data Exchange (EDX)

Electronic Data Exchanger (EDX) is an out of the box solution which is tightly integrated with Oracle EBS and has a functionality to upload data files of different formats (csv,xls,x12)to EBS and also to extract the same into Excel , CSV.

This tool can be used by process managers and project managers to manage the data and get a real time view of what is happening within the business.
