  • Proactive and Reactive DBA Services (24 x 7 X 365). We look for trouble.
  • Online portal access to a health check repository including access to all reported trouble tickets, status of actions, and daily statistics "(historical of the client's Oracle environment.)"
  • Proactive Tuning Actions to the client databases keeping them in prime running condition including patch upgrades, space utilization, memory utilization, and other items to keep the database healthy.
