Private Land Use System tracks and maintains transactions where in Land owners are given Authorizations after proper Audit to allow Hunting. The project includes migrating their internal suite of WMD applications from a legacy environment (Oracle/Cold Fusion) to a new environment (LAMP) using Zend framework with MVC architecture and OOPS concepts. The main goal was to accomplish the move as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to users normal working routine. Achieving such a goal required a great deal of expertise and experience.

It is also very important that during the migration, the approach should be to constantly relook at the current logic and fix old mistakes/redundancy rather than carry them into the new environment. This approach calls for a comprehensive understanding of what we have today and how our target environment should be designed.

• Define Enterprise Architecture standards, guidelines and policies
• Design a common framework using more dynamic tool available, instead of custom Framework
