Oracle Database & Application Server
Oracle DBA

Job Description:
The Oracle DBA would be required to take care of Database installation, configuration, maintenance and support for in-house development servers as well as for clients.
Primary Job Responsibility will be two-fold − Setup & Maintenance of in-house HIPL Development Database Servers and Setup, Configuration & Maintenance of client's DB Servers onsite/remotely.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should have 3-5 yrs of experience in installation, configuration & maintenance of an Oracle Database.
Extensive knowledge of the Oracle architecture is required. Candidate must be experienced in Database Tuning, Space Management and Backup & Recovery.
OCP Level certification would be an added plus. The candidate must also be flexible enough to work different shifts in a 24x7 support environment.

Remote DBA Support
Job Code: HIPL-DBA-02
Job Description:
The Oracle Remote DBA would be required to take care of Database installation, configuration, maintenance and support for different clients for 24x7 environments.
Primary Job Responsibility will be setup, maintenance, support, performance monitoring, Tablespace Management and Database issues which may come on Demand, for remote servers of clients for 24/7.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should have 3-5 yrs of experience in installation, configuration & maintenance, performance optimization of an Oracle Database. Extensive knowledge of the Oracle architecture is required. Candidate must be experienced in Database Tuning, Space Management and Backup & Recovery.
OCP Level certification would be an added plus. The candidate must also be flexible enough to work different shifts in a 24x7 support environment.

Oracle Apps Technical/Functional
Oracle Apps Technical Consultant
Job Code: HIPL-APPS-01
Job Description:
Work with the team that is involved in customization of Oracle Application Suite for different clients. You will work as a team member involved in the customization or development of Oracle Apps Interfaces, Reports and Forms as per the client's requirement and the system design.
Primary Job Responsibility will be that of a Apps Developer working towards customization of existing forms and reports or development of new reports in Oracle Apps and Backend Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, etc. in Oracle Application Database.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree, with 1-3 years industry experience, of which at least 1 year should be in the area of PL/SQL Development preferably Oracle Forms/Reports. Development and Customization of Oracle Apps Reports, Forms and Interfaces.
The Candidate must have domain knowledge in any of GL, AP, AR, PO, SO, OE, CRM, CE, OM, iStore, iProcurement, OTS, INV, OKE, PA, AOL, Workflow.

Job Description:
The Consultant will work as part of a team delivering a service, with varying levels of complexity and risk.
Primary Job Responsibility will be that of Apps Functional Consultant as follows:
*Interact with client
*Do GAP / FIT analysis
*Collect and Document Requirements (AIM Methodologies)
*Preparation of MD Documents
*Identify customized requirements and define specifications
*Track Project Progress and define project roadmap

Techno-Functional Consultant - HRMS

Job Description:
Responsible for setup configurations, Prototype design, development, End user training, Training material documentation and support of the applications.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications modules, configuration and training/assisting users.
Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
Successfully achieve positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Willing to work on Onsite Location.
Desired Profile:
- Should be well versed with HR, SSHR, OAB, Payroll, iRecruitment, OTL
- Should have knowledge or experience to work on HRMS Data Conversion, Workflow, and AIM Methodology
- Worked as a lead for Payroll and/or HRMS module of Oracle ERP
- 1 - 2 Implementation as lead
- Experience in requirement gathering, GAP Analysis & design in Payroll module

Primary Job Responsibility will be that of a PL/SQL Developer working towards development of applications in Forms/Reports 10g, Oracle HTMLDB (now Application Express), Oracle Portal and Backend Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, etc. in Oracle Database.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree, with 1-3 years industry experience, of which at least 1 year should be in the area of PL/SQL Development preferably Oracle Forms/Reports. Web-based PL/SQL development (Forms/Reports 10g, HTMLDB, etc.) will be considered a definite plus.
